Focus on improving your own health, stay active, eat nutritious meals, and ensure you get sufficient rest before your baby arrives. Stress and emotional changes can affect fathers, too. Stay connected with hobbies, talk openly about concerns, and seek support when needed. Fathers can also experience postnatal depression.
