Dr. Benhur Joel Shadrach brings over 8 years of advanced expertise in Clinical and Interventional Pulmonology, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. He has performed over 750 advanced pulmonary procedures including EBUS-guided biopsies, cryotherapy, airway stenting, and medical thoracoscopy, and has a strong clinical focus in asthma, COPD, ILD, lung cancer, pleural diseases, and rare respiratory infections.
A graduate of Madurai Medical College, he completed his MD in Pulmonary Medicine from S.N. Medical College, Agra, and pursued his DM in Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine from the prestigious AIIMS Jodhpur. He also holds the European Diploma in Adult Respiratory Medicine (EDARM) from Switzerland.He has contributed to high-impact research, including the WHO Solidarity Trial published in the New England Journal of Medicine.
Dr. Shadrach has received several academic honors, having ranked among the Top 50 in the ACCP National Pulmonology Quiz and placed 6th in both national and regional pulmonology quizzes. He is a member of esteemed national and international organizations such as MNAMS, ERS, ICS, and MIAB.
