Dr. Vaibhav Patil, Consultant, Hepatology, graduated from Topiwala National Medical College, Mumbai and completed his post-graduation in Internal Medicine from the same institute. He completed his training in Medical Gastroenterology in Chennai under the guidance of Prof. Mohamed Rela in Transplant Hepatology. He is now working as a consultant, Transplant Hepatologist at Dr. Rela Hospital, dealing with pre-liver, peri-liver, & post-liver transplantation medical issues as well as General Hepatology.

• Current: Predictors of Paracentesis induced Acute Kidney injury (AKI) in liver cirrhosis under guidance of Dr Jayanthi Venkataraman
