World Rose Day

On World Rose Day, Rela Hospital, with the Rotary Club of Madras Mount, conducted an event for paediatric and adult cancer survivors. A person enduring cancer and coming out of it stronger than ever is equal to being reborn. Hence the name of the event, Project-New life.
The event was graced by the presence of the guest of honour, Ms. Neerja Malik (Counselor, Author, Inspirational Speaker, & Global Cancer Ambassador) and Chief Guest, Ms. Revathi (Actor, Director).
World Rose Day is observed globally on September 22nd to provide hope and raise awareness about the disease. The speakers addressed the survivors to be hopeful, which will help them overcome cancer.
