Dr. Vidhyalakshmi R is a pathologist with over 4.5 years of post-MD experience, specializing in histopathology, cytopathology, hematopathology, and immunohistochemistry. She has extensive experience in independent reporting of complex surgical pathology specimens, cytology samples, and immunohistochemical studies in both tertiary-care and high-volume diagnostic laboratory settings.
Her training includes comprehensive exposure to surgical pathology, frozen section reporting, flow cytometry–based hematologic diagnostics, and tumor board–based multidisciplinary discussions. Alongside diagnostic work, she has been actively involved in academic teaching, postgraduate training, and research, with multiple publications in peer-reviewed international journals.
