Dr. Kaaviya is an experienced nephrologist and renal transplant physician with extensive clinical, academic, and procedural expertise in managing complex kidney disorders. She has been actively involved in outpatient, inpatient, ICU, and dialysis care across high-volume government and private tertiary care hospitals.
Her clinical practice includes renal transplantation (living related and deceased donor), dialysis services, emergency nephrology care, and interventional nephrology procedures. She has been a core member of renal transplant teams and has contributed to transplant appraisal programs conducted by TRANSTAN and the Directorate of Medical Education. Alongside clinical work, she has significant teaching experience, mentoring postgraduate students and dialysis technicians, and is actively involved in research and academic presentations. Dr. Kaaviya is committed to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based renal care with a strong focus on outcomes and patient safety.
