Brief Profile

Dr. Deepa Kumaran has 13 years of experience in the field of Dental Surgery with a specialization in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopaedics. She is competent and well trained in general dental procedures and orthodontic procedures. She is proficient in handling medically compromised patients during dental procedures. In orthodontics, her expertise are growth modification procedures for young children and adolescents, non-surgical management of skeletal problems. She is certified and trained in root canal treatment from Root Canal Foundation, Chennai.

She is kind, communicative and patient with paediatric and geriatric population. She does not impose the treatment on patients rather has a holistic approach to oral health. She firmly believes that preventing dental problems is easier, less expensive and less traumatic than curing them by interventions. She educates and counsels the patients about preventive dentistry and practices the same.
