Testicular Sperm Aspiration (TESA)
Testicular Sperm Aspiration is performed on those male patients who have azoospermia (no sperm) to ejaculate. Under this procedure, the sperm will be directly retrieved from testis or epididymis. It is usually done under local anesthesia.
Percutaneous Epididymal Sperm Aspiration (PESA)
Percutaneous Epididymal Sperm Aspiration is done to take count of sperm in those patients suffering from blockage often caused due to previous vasectomy or infection.
Computer Assisted Semen Analysis (CASA)
Also known as Seminogram, Computer Assisted Semen Analysis gives a detailed information about various parameters like volume of sperm during ejaculation, motility and concentration, pH, appearance of the sperm. In this procedure, the sperm specimen attached to microscope under high-definition videos feeds data into the computer for better and accurate analysis which in turn helps the specialist in devising treatment plan.
