Dr. Vijayan Ganesan is an experienced Interventional Cardiologist with comprehensive training and clinical expertise in complex coronary and structural heart interventions. He has performed over 4,500 coronary angiograms, 1,500 coronary angioplasties, and 400 complex coronary interventions as a primary operator. Trained at the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences & Technology (SCTIMST), Trivandrum — a premier national institution — under some of India’s leading cardiologists, Dr. Ganesan brings a strong foundation in interventional, electrophysiology, and structural cardiology. He has an active research background, serving as Principal Investigator for two international randomised controlled trials and contributing to multiple peer-reviewed publications in leading journals including The Lancet and BMJ.
